Return Policy

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund* or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Handlooms are as delicate as they are rare. Very few handlooms get made of more than one design, and every transit impacts its freshness and life. Kindly request a return only if you are not satisfied with the quality of the product.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery

Exchange (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If your return is approved, then your exchange will be processed, and the exchange products will be shipped within 5 working days.

Kindly note, refund is only applicable if in case of any errors from our side such as delivery of defective/ damaged product with package, which should indicated with clear unboxing video evidence claiming for an return request, also please note that our shipping process carries multiple levels of quality checking to avoid such instances, hence we request you to double check before submitting your claim.


Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Thirukumaran Silks, New No-117, Old No-34, Sheikpet Salior Street (South Street), Kanchipuram-631501.

Shipping costs are not refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
